User Agreement

  • GENERAL PROVISIONS AND TERMS
    • This document is an agreement for the use of the Service Casino-Stroy. Below are the rules and conditions for using the Service. Please read them carefully.

  • USER

    • Attempts of unauthorized access, attempts to harm the Service are unacceptable.
    • When adding any information to the site, insults, extortion, slander, bluff, messages containing malicious information (including viruses, Trojans, worms, etc.), as well as information that can harm third parties are prohibited.
  • FORBIDDEN

    • It is prohibited to insult, call names, question the professional qualifications and integrity of individuals and legal entities, including Service Users and Service Administration.
  • LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
    • By replenishing your balance on the site using any payment systems, you assume full responsibility for your actions. The Service does not force or insist on any actions.
    • By placing a bet and setting the auto-withdrawal coefficient, you assume full responsibility for your actions.
    • The Service does not encourage or motivate you to increase your funds.
    • The transfer amount below that indicated on the replenishment page cannot be credited to the account. In the event of a transfer of an amount below that indicated, the funds will be irretrievably lost.
    • The user undertakes to pay a 26% tax on amounts over $1,200.
    • No more than 50% of the tax deduction may be paid from the payment amount.
    • All actions performed by you in the Service are carried out solely under your responsibility.
    • The Service is not obliged to inform users about changes made to the security system.
  • ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT (ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFER)
